Our specially trained guest relations team is available to help you become familiar with the area surrounding the Community Health Network North campus, which includes Community Heart and Vascular Hospital. Our team can refer you and your family to local hotels, restaurants and other businesses that are our partners in serving you. These local merchants provide discount rates to our patients and their families.
Services provided by the guest relations team include the following:
- Magazine and newspaper delivery
- Planning celebrations for birthdays or other special occasions
- Flower orders and delivery
- Salon services (massage, pedicure, manicure, etc.)
- Hotel reservations and information
- Assistance with gift buying and wrapping
- Dry cleaning, alterations, shoe repair
- Miscellaneous errands (groceries, shopping and other needs)
- Internet searches
Other amenities include patient escorts, interactive TV in patients’ rooms and programs designed for patients, families and staff.

Guest trays are also available for a nominal fee. Purchase meal vouchers from the business office/registration office located in the main lobby on the first floor for $6.00. Guest trays can be ordered through room service as well by calling 1-8008.

Monday – Friday: 6:30 to 10:15 a.m.; 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday/Sunday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
